Ali, Saad Born Iraq, 1949. Educated Academy Fine Arts, Florence/Perugia.
Ali uses natural elements in his works as in his natural tones in his palette and the decision to paint on wood. This motif of regenerative life is salient in the state of current and past political unrest in the Iraqi nation.

Botello, Angel 1913-1986. Born in Villa de Gangas de Morrazo in Galicia, Spain, from 1930-1934 he studied at Ecole des Beaux Arts, Paris where he excelled in drawing and painting. In 1935 he returned to Spain and enrolled at Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando. Hostilities associated with the Spanish Civil War moved the family to the Caribbean. He established himself in Puerto Rico in 1953.
